'What 'filters' do we use when we talk to people?' A timid college student who always hid her true feelings, disappears after collapsing on the street one day and then returns 1 year later. It's later revealed that she now has a rare disease called 'Rayleigh Syndrome', that causes her to say whatever's on her mind.
