It's been 7 years since the death of his father. Hotaka Izumi was invited to the magnificent sakura tree facing the manzai hall "Manzai Senka." There at the place where his father performed in a manzai duo, he meets a girl carrying a magic stick, Ikoi Tsukishiro. "Won't you perform manzai with me?" this magic practicing girl suddenly asks Hotaka to be her manzai partner. For Hotaka, who struggled due to his father's duo not selling very well, performing manzai would be unthinkable.
