The story of the manga revolves around male college student Mitsuaki Sakugi, who makes his poor living from making figures. One day, he receives putty as a reward from his teacher after sculpting a figure that would be used as a sample in class. That night, after making a figure out of the putty he received, the figure suddenly comes to life. The figure calls herself Reycal, and explains that she is a being called an Orichalcum. She explains that Orichalcum are beings that were born to grant the wish of their maker. The original Orichalcum Reycal manga previously ran in Fujimi Shobo's Dragon Age Pure magazine until the magazine ceased publication in 2009. (Soure: ANN)
