The dedicated Detective Eiji Kirisame meets a mysterious high school girl who doesn't speak, Tsugumi Kuchinashiko, at a certain crime scene. She reveals the truth behind an ingenious murder by making a series crude drawings in her sketchbook to help Kirisame track down the perpetrator. The resentful killer tries to attacks her, but Kirisame saves her in the nick of time and arrests the culprit.
